We begin with a quick chat so I can learn more about you + your goals before setting the course to your fitness destination.
Including the core customised training + nutrition plans plus weekly check ins to monitor progress, answer any questions, motivate, provide support and accountability for continued progress. We exchange video messages to correct form/technique and workout safely with demonstrations and breakdowns to make it simple to follow.
